The Services include, without limitation, keeping track of Users’ favourite Tutors, matching Users with the best available Tutors, providing a messaging platform with Tutors, facilitating and hosting Tutoring Classes, and taking feedback from Users.
Tutors are self-employed individuals and are not employed or engaged by Elite London Tutors. As part of the Services, We thoroughly interview and examine Tutors to ensure the validity of the Tutors’ claimed educational credentials. We do not endorse or make any representations or warranties regarding the performance or reliability of the Tutors. Furthermore, although We strive to improve the grades of all Our Students using the Services, We cannot guarantee a particular grade or performance of a Student and cannot be held liable as such.
You are solely responsible in providing equipment to make the most of Our Services. This includes a computer, a reliable internet connection, audio and vocal devices such as speakers and headphones.
The Services are available throughout the year. However, the Services may become unavailable due to the performance of maintenance, of which You will be notified via a notification on the Site or electronic communication, or unexpected technical issues that may arise. Planned maintenance will be conducted by Us or Our agents at times designed to minimise potential disruption to the Services, however We are not responsible for Tutoring Classes that may be missed due to unexpected technical issues, and will aim to reschedule such Tutoring Classes to a convenient time and date.
4. Registration Obligations
To use the Services, You will be required to register on the Site, obtain a profile or ‘Account’, username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account, username and password and for all activities and liabilities associated with or occurring under Your Account, username and password. You must notify Us immediately of any unauthorised use of Your Account, username or password and any other breach of security. You must ensure that You log out of Your Account at the end of each Tutoring Class in order to avoid an unauthorised User gaining access to Your Account. We cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with this requirement or as a result of use of Your Account, username or password, either with or without Your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Us or another party due to someone else using Your Account, username or password.

If You provide information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete or if We believe that the information provided is such, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account and refuse current and future Services.
You may not transfer Your Account, username or password to another person, and You may not use anyone else’s Account, username or password at any time without the permission of the Account holder. In cases where You have authorised or registered another individual, including a minor, to use Your Account(s), You are fully responsible for the online conduct of such User, controlling the User’s access to and use of the Services and the consequences of any misuse. In the event that You permit a minor to use Your Account, We reserve the right to provide access to Your Account and all information contained therein to such minor’s parents, guardians or other authorised adults.
If You reside outside the United Kingdom, Your registration indicates Your explicit consent that the personal information You have provided may be transferred and stored in countries outside Your home country—including the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to review the Tutoring Classes for any purpose. 5. Free Discussion Session
To assist You in selecting a Tutor that matches Your requirements, Tutors offer a single 15 minute Free Discussion session to discuss Your aims for potential future Tutoring Classes, subject matter You would like to focus on and teaching strategy. You may book one Free Discussion session per Tutor through the use of a checkout coupon which negates the price of that booking. However, should Elite London Tutors under its discretion believe that a Student is taking advantage of the Free Discussion option through an unreasonable number of requests, We reserve the right to prevent You from making further discussion bookings.
Moreover, should You or the Tutor determine from the Free Discussion session that Your educational requirements and their experience are incompatible, then there is no obligation from either party to continue with paid Tutoring Classes.
6. Booking and Purchasing a Tutoring Class
Should You wish to take a full one hour Tutoring Class, You can purchase a paid class by selecting an available time on the Tutors’ page on the Site. Refunds are not available for any Tutoring Classes the Student has attended. If You are unsatisfied with a class or Tutor after the booked Tutoring Class, let Us know by contacting Us on [email protected] so that We can address and resolve the matter.
